Getting set up

Ready in three steps.

    From the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 02Sign in with Google
    Use your usual Google account.
  3. 03Your surveys appear
    New to Ostara? Create your profile in the app or on this page and our team will set you up.

Your surveyor account

Sign in to see your account details or delete your account.

Use the same Google account as in the field app. Can't sign in? Email support@ostara.eco and we'll help.

New to Ostara?Sign in with Google, then create your surveyor profile. You only do it once.
Your data

Deleting your field app account.

You can delete your account at any time, here or from the Account tab in the app. Deletion is immediate.

What we delete

  • Your email address, phone number and profile photo
  • Your qualifications, licences, experience and coverage areas
  • The personal details in your application to join us
  • Your Google sign-in and notification settings on your devices

What we keep, and why

Survey records you completed, including field data, photos and reports, belong to our clients' projects. Professional standards and planning requirements mean we must keep them. Your name stays on them so the record shows who carried out the work.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within one month.
